Responsibilities :

• Lead CRS development for CEV, gensets, and trucks application achieving BS6, CPCB4+, Stage V, and Tier 4F Emission norms.
• Manage project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with performance, quality, and reliability standards for clients such as Cummins India, Cummins Brazil, and Ashok Leyland.
• Craft and secure approval for project charters, aligning with Business Planning team and management visions.
• Execute project planning, define requirements, scope, efforts, and schedules with quality milestones.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams (CFTs) and customers to tailor product design and development to specific requirements.
• Coordinate project team for product verification and validation, upholding quality assurance.
• Facilitate design reviews and quality gates, reporting progress to stakeholders.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement actions to ensure smooth project progression.
• Monitor team work weekly to prevent scope creep and maintain schedule and resource alignment.
• Engage with customers Biweekly/monthly to address impediments and review progress.
• Document technical reports and encourage team to release lessons learned documentation for organizational learning.

Roles :

Sub-Project Manager and Technical point of contact for OHW Projects development with BOSCH FIE solution .

Responsibilities :

• Lead vehicle calibration activities for development of BS4, EU stg V(Tractor) & CPCB4+ (Genset) programs for customer Simpson & Co. Ltd., GCL(Greaves Cotton)
• Evaluation of customer requirements, feasibility study ,hardware finalization & calibration of fuel injection system & preparation of System Assessment for final release.
• Co-ordination with Cross-functional teams for Engine calibration and system development .
• Handle project management aspects with respect to effort monitoring and Project Timeline under guidance of Project manager .
• ECU software dataset management & reviewing progress of calibration periodically with all stakeholders.
• Promote a balanced approach between technology push and market pull by conducting feasibility study.
• Prepare technical reports, presentations , papers regarding projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Includes 12 month intensive training aligned with on-job activities in various departments in Bosch Limited for short period to acquire knowledge on industrial experience .
• The rotations to different departments involved Manufacturing, Quality and R & D, to understand the roles of different departments in the organization.
• 1 year training also having training on various topics like Hydraulics and Pneumatic, Basic electrical training, Basic German language training.
