Worked as an Assistant Manager in CSD (Client Service Department) where my roles and responsibilities were:

• To develop relationship and to deliver service to existing customers on the platform
• To enrich their catalog and make sure they are getting relevant buyers and enquiries to grow their business
• To retain existing customers and to upgrade their current plan.

Later I got promoted as a Manager in KCD (Key Client Division), where I was entitled to manage and develop relationship with existing customers who have taken premium service plan of Indiamart.

• To build and manage relationship with new and existing clients to ensure income generation from sale of all appropriate asset and liability products relevant to the client, identifying potential customers and offer them financial services and advisories
• Maintain a long-term relationship with the new and existing clients, solving customer problems and helping them with a smooth customer experience & suggesting the best suitable solution and financial services to the clients
• To keep a check on the performance of accounts and overall portfolio to achieve over all business targets on volumes and profitability for the specific EEG customers.

• Worked in an ‘E-Commerce Company’ named ‘Netmeds Pharmacy’ as an ‘Online Intern’ where I got an opportunity to show my marketing skills by convincing at least 40 people to buy the products from the application
• I managed to do my best and made 38 persons to buy the product.

• Worked in a ‘Financial Advisor Company’ named ‘Cleartax’ in Mumbai as an ‘Intern’ in which I helped many employees of the different companies in filing ITR through cleartax website and assisted them by telling them tax saving schemes.
