Reliance Entertainment is into production and distributing of creative and entertaining content to broadcasters. Produced and distributed over 500 films in the theaters, OTT and over10k hours of content to TV and social media platforms.

  • Devised HR and Communication strategy to align creative and distribution department post the company's Joint Venture (JV). Liaised between multiple business divisions to improve communications.
  • Devised companies policies, procedures standard operating procedures, code of conduct, and implemented across 500 employees. Review and amend policies once every 3 years.
  • Conduct Annual Manpower Mapping to identify talent gaps as per Annual Operating Plans and Budgets and create talent pipeline, including succession planning.
