Shilpa Shukla

Shilpa is an experienced Learning and Development (L&D) and Soft Skills Trainer with over a decade of expertise in training, facilitation, content design and employee development. She specializes in communication training, leadership development, time management and campus-to-corporate transitions. She has held leadership roles, including Academic Head at IMS Learning Centre and Centre Manager at NIIT, gaining experience in sales and business development. Passionate about fostering a culture of continuous learning, she focuses on up-skilling employees to improve workplace communication, collaboration and productivity, driving organizational success. As part of the army fraternity, she possess skills such as adaptability, time management, critical thinking, problem-solving, organizational abilities, communication and emotional intelligence, honed through diverse experiences.
