- Creating and modifying electrical components and symbols using Zuken E3 Series.Maintaining and updating the Zuken E3 ECAD library.
- Gathering specification details from manufacturing websites, analyzing and testing ECAD models, including the creation of components and symbols in E3.
- Design of manufacturing documents in E3 Zuken for wafer Manufacturing Equipments (schematics, cable, wire harness and system interconnect design).
- Selection of components for cable design like connectors, contacts, back shell, pins, conductor gauge sizing, strain relief, etc.
- Real time classification of electrical components in the Lam database according to electrical parameters.
- Identification for suitability of exisiting parts to be used in product designs and for interchangeability of Electrical COTS(Commercially Off The Shelf parts),Custom to Lam Parts.
- Standardizing the technical content of COTS/CCP parts in specification sheets,responsible for dimensional and geometric accuracy of parts maintained in PDM.Maintaining the portals of COTS parts for effective search and retrieval.
