A) Order Commitment: - After checking feasibility of product and committing order completion date as per availability of Grey yarn, Process load, Weaving capacity looking overall booking.

B) Planning & Execution: 

1) Loom Planning: 

• Having well experience of handling/planning of 1200 looms (Rapier & Airjet) in both Dyed yarn as well as Greige yarn product Plan no.of looms to complete greige on-time by making proper utilization of warping & sizing M/C
• Ensure weaving order is running as per planed looms and as well as perplanned production.
• Planning and plotting (NOW/FSCM/ACOMP)

2) Yarn Planning: 

• Grey yarn calculation as per order quantity, plan grey yarn flow as per weaving plan/consumption.
• Raise Yarn Requirement monthly approx 960MT yarn from the different. Daily basis check PO creation and share it to concern supplier

3) Processing Planning: 

• Preparation of time and action calendar for each order from the order receiving to shipment.
• Maintaining Order position & Workcenter wise booking.
• Monthly budget Whatever plan is made is executed by PPC department.
• PPC department keeps close look whether everything is progressing according to the plan Chasing other department heads on daily basis to keep plan on track Update order wise completed tasks on the Time & action Calender.

4) Fabric Sourcing: 

• Vendor wise order status. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure timely product delivery.
• All types of fabric sourcing from overseas and local mills for the buyers following the required specification Classification of different swatches by buyers to develop similar desk loom qualities in achieving picks, appearance and hand feel as per the standard required.

5) Merchandiser: 

• Responsible for coordinating with clients and factories, managing suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of products. Also responsible for managing inventory levels, developing product strategies, and analyzing data to identify trends. Handled Brand: GAP, MNB, OLD NAVY, LSD, CARHARTT.

6) NOW/ERP System Development Manager: 

• System implements in Shahi Export: Dyed Yarn Panning Tool, Weaving Panning Tool, Processing Panning Tool, Costumer Complaint, etc.
