Most recently at ZoomInfo I owned enterprise accounts end to end, hit 110% Net Revenue Retention in 2024, and was part of the founding team that launched two new products to market. I also built AI agents using Claude and OpenAI to automate client workflows, which is something I genuinely enjoy doing.
Before that I ran training and enablement programs at Amazon and CoreStack, including a rotation program for 930 plus employees and a full certification program built from the ground up.
