• Opex monitoring and interaction with overseas stakeholders, MIS and KPI dashboard, ISO Audit for banking sector

• Interaction with consortium banks for fund arrangement and cash flow planning
• Handle day to day operations for documents preparation and and ensure smooth business operations

• Financial Planning and analysis for PAN India for Retail and Wholesale
• KPI and Product level profitability tracking, branch score card tracking, NPA tracking
• Preparation of MIS, budget and forecast, regulatory reporting, audit coordination and collaboration with all the respective stakeholders within the organization

• Preparation of MIS and budget, product level profitability tracking and management dashboard

• Credit card finance control unit head handling PAN India accounting & reconciliation for Credit card - manage operations team to ensure day to day operations
