Key Responsibilities:
Managed Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments, including provisioning, scaling, and troubleshooting virtual machines for seamless remote access.
Configured and administered Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) for identity and access management, ensuring secure authentication and user provisioning.
Implemented and enforced Microsoft Intune policies for device compliance, security baselines, and application management across cloud and hybrid environments.
Managing 5000+ Windows 10 devices (including AVD host pool) using MECM Console.

Managing 1500+ iOS/android devices using MEM console.

Modern management of Windows 10 using Windows Autopilot.

Responsible for configuring & managing App Protection Policy and Configuration Policy.

Responsible for management of Android Play store, iOS app Store, Windows Business Store, LOB application and Win32 Application.

Project 2: Citizen Bank Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktop Administration Support
Duration: Jan 2022 – Apr 2023
Key Responsibilities:
Supported Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) environment with 1000+ users in a non-persistent setup.
Managed Machine Catalogs, Delivery Groups, and Citrix policies with UPM.
Performed basic to intermediate troubleshooting (L1/L2) of Citrix sessions, profile issues (FSLogix), logon delays, and published apps.
Monitored infrastructure using Citrix Director, checking session stats and user issues.
Addressed user access issues via Citrix Workspace, resolved licensing errors and disconnection problems.
