- Leadership: Present status, risk and metrics related to business, operation and cost to the leadership team in weekly status meeting (WSM). Provide functional/technical, suggest business practice recommendations and directions to less experienced PO's/BA's (3) in the team.
- Product Launch: Manage Go Live / PROD readiness of the newly developed features by working with 5+ teams within the organization and launched successfully with different markets. Facilitate demos to Business Owners(s) at the end of each iteration and PI system demo.
