• Planned the printing and lamination of various types of products like Cork Tipping papers, Inner frame, bundling rolls, Unprinted inner liner rolls, Laminates, Pouches (Profile pouches/pouch with spout/ pouch with degassing valves/ 3-D pouch), Shrink Sleeves, Hot foil stamping on CTP papers, extrusion planning, BFL planning.

• Coordinated closely with Sales for demand forecasting and the Purchase team for timely raw material availability.

Prepared Bills of Materials (BOM) and defined routing sequences in ERP based on order requirements.

• Managed inventory levels to ensure uninterrupted production while controlling excess stock and wastage

• Monitored production performance and implemented corrective actions to improve efficiency.
