• Monitoring Graphana dashboard which includes sub dashboards for critical sites like AWS East,West,GCN Red plane,GCN Blue plane,DCBB,SPOF,ULH ,ISP and Proxies dashboards.
• Worked on the alerts actively by troubleshooting and raising cases with vendors.
• Performed Routing enabling,disabling and port bounce as part of managing device configurations on switches and routers.
• Majorly worked on Link down, device down , router down, OSPF Neighborship down, BGP down, module down ,high latency, bandwidth utilizations, device reboot alerts and SFP related issues.
• Worked closely with the data centre operations teams for troubleshooting of SFP related issues like cleaning,reseating and replacing of SFP's.
• Troubleshooted on user related issues reported like BPDU port issues, trunk cable down issues,high latency or bandwidth utilization cases etc.
