- Planning, executing and implementing Trail activities (Hybrid screening, Line selection, Crossing Block & generation advancement and seed production)
- Substrate(soilless) cultivation fertigation, Nursery management, Agronomy, Plant protection, Auto machine management, Vendor connectivity, Civil work, Interacting and collaborating with company staff, Pathologist, product development specialists, sales representatives and growers involved in co-development efforts
- Responsible for Indoor and outdoor trail activities
- Undertaking breeding And Demo trials for both indoor and outdoor , including nursery raisings, plot maintenance and harvesting supervision with coordinating Breeding team colleagues
- Assist in seed and trial preparation
- (Bed preparation, trail layout, planting )
- Plant observations, demo data collection and analysis for the green house and open field trials
- Doing crossing, selfing, PCR and leaf sampling in crossing block and seed production trials like SSD, Back cross and extracting seeds from the same

- Planning and executing Farm development (Main drain, Land leveling, Gabin wall,Picthing)
- Involved polyhouse construction.Planning,executing
- Handling Parthenocarpic trait development screening activities in various tomato segment
- QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety and Efficiency) Compliance Support
- In charge of Snakebite training – conducted trainings on Snakebite management awareness to workers and employees from snake trainers
