• Leading affective stand up meetings with entire team consisting of associates and line leaders, to start shift on a positive note
• Manpower deployment and allocation based on floor head count
• Inbound Dock operations, vehicle handling from dock in, unloading till dock out
• Implementing kaizen in every sphere of operations on monthly basis to save time, cost, and process improvement
• Daily department wise 5S monitoring & maintenance

• Closely observing associate (40 - 50 associates) on bagging sortation layout to drive high scanning rate and rotating manpower as per requirement in the ongoing process
• Coordinating with milk run and long-haul stakeholders for on time/early outbound vehicle placements to clear staging load and drive affective CPT
• Coordinating with NOC stakeholders for rescue plan to connect EDD, PDD shipment
• Worked on various applications and tools in problem solving zone
