Student Intern
- I completed a project analyzing various battery types used in the industry and gained knowledge of power generation in the industry.
I aim to leverage my electrical and electronic skills to drive innovation and enhance the success of a progressive organization.
1. LAND MINE DETECTING DRONE
• Objective: To detect land mines using thermal imaging camera fitted on self-built drone.
• Tools or techniques used: Raspberry pi 4b, Python and hardware components.
• Outcome: The model of landmine was detected with the thermal image differentiating it from
surrounding.
• Duration: 4 months
2. DUAL AXIS SOLAR TRACKING SYSTEM
• Objective: To detect the position where sun rays fall using a Dual Axis Solar Tracking System.
• Tools or techniques used: Arduino IDE, Arduino UNO and hardware components.
• Outcome: The position of the fall of sun rays was efficiently tracked.
• Duration: 2 months
3. FAULT ANALYSIS DUE TO LIGHTNING
• Objective: Classifying the fault occurred on the transmission line as short circuit fault and fault
due to lightning.
• Tools or techniques used: 3D Modelling and MATLAB coding.
• Outcome: The occurred fault was classified into the right category based on the distance and
the time of occurrence.
• Duration: 2 months.
4. AUTOMATIC LOAD SHARING OF TRANSFORMER AND HEALTH MONITORING
(Ongoing)
• Objective: To automatically share load among transformers and monitor the health of
transformers.
• Tools or techniques used: Arduino IDE, Arduino UNO and hardware components.
• Expected Outcome: The system should be able to automatically share load among two or
more transformers and it should be able to monitor the health of the transformers time to time.
• Duration: 10 months
