  • Working as a Chief Customer Service Officer and Internal Ombudsman of IDBI Bank Ltd. since July 2024, after my retirement from Canara Bank as General Manager on 31.05.2024. Being an Apex authority in IDBI Bank’s Grievance Redressal Mechanism, I am reviewing all the customer’s complaints partially/wholly rejected by the Bank and accordingly, give decisions in the complaints based on the facts and documents produced before me by the complainant and Bank, using my operational and administrative experience. Coordination with 22 Nodal offices of IDBI Bank for timely disposal of ORBIO complaints for respective zones. Responsible for insight root cause analysis of complaints received at Internal Ombudsman and suggesting corrective measures in Bank’s policy and procedure to Bank’s top-management to reduce the repetitive complaints and to enhance the quality service to the customers.
