a) Working with Scrum Masters to Track Daily Activities
Daily Stand-ups and Scrum Meetings:
Participate in daily stand-up meetings to stay informed about the team’s progress and any blockers, Work with Scrum Masters to ensure that daily activities are properly assigned and tracked.
b) Sprint Planning and Review:
Collaborate with Scrum Masters during sprint planning to ensure that user stories are properly prioritized and assigned .Participate in sprint reviews to provide feedback and ensure that deliverables meet business requirements.
c) Diagram Creation:
Create diagrams and visual representations of workflows and processes to facilitate understanding and communication.
d) Client Engagement and Communication:
Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to understand their needs, gather requirements, and clarify any ambiguities . Document business requirements and translate them into detailed user stories aligned with the feasibility of Salesforce CRM.
e) Collaboration with Testing Teams:
Engage with both automation and manual testing teams to understand the issues they encounter during testing phases.
Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings to stay updated on testing progress and challenges.

Staffing Roles and Responsibilities (TSYS and Natwest)
a) Working closely with CSM to share the demand list for the requirement with in their accounts
b) Monitoring the Team of 8 PMO to check whether they have worked in closely to work on their demands in GTD tool (For staffing )
c) Scheduling all the L1 Interview according to the JD shared And Sharing the feedbacks
d) Monitoring all the demands that are within the account and checking with RMG and TA for the same
e) Post Candidate ONB to CG (proactive hire) tagging under account IDC code for 15days and get selection within our accounts.
f) Post selection in the staffing sharing all the information with operations team

Operations
a) Checking PCR analysis and M review Monthly and timecard submission using time dump
b) Generating report showcasing onboarding and release data according to accounts , Showcasing
their aging , headcount , bench % records
c) Count on Shift allowances, Project bonus, Special incentives from the client, meal allowances and
Ocean certifications and Project code extension
