Shreya Biju

Dynamic cell biology researcher specializing in mitotic regulation, kinetochore–microtubule interactions, and protein biochemistry. Proficient in molecular cloning, mammalian cell culture, protein purification, immunoprecipitation, and confocal microscopy. Currently engaged in innovative research on Hec1–fibrous corona interactions utilizing engineered Ndc80 bonsai mutants in Prof. Tapas K. Manna’s laboratory at IISER Thiruvananthapuram. Committed to advancing knowledge through a PhD program focused on the molecular mechanisms governing chromosome segregation and ensuring mitotic fidelity.
