• Responsible for keeping presentation material (PowerPoint, Rolling Demos, Interactive demos) looking, fresh, and technically up to date
• Assist in the global sales of CRM products and projects by demonstrating the products, structuring solutions, and supporting bids
• Liaising with Partner authority to prospects and customers on varying levels, from simple questioning to complex interaction between organizations CXO departments
• Creating and demonstrating high-quality product demonstrations on the CRM
• Weekly/fortnightly catch-ups with existing Partners to answer client queries/provide tips and support
• Worked closely with the Director of Business Development on the Partner customer & assisted in identifying Partner and qualifying Partners and opportunities.

Description:

New Distribution Capability, NDC for short, is an XML based data transmission standard (NDC Standard) that was launched by the International Air Transportation Association (IATA). • NDC, more or less, is a modern, more feature-rich way for airlines to share their product offerings through Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) directly from the airline Passenger Service Systems (PSS) to a B2B platform or Airline Agent Portals.

• Today this connectivity (from the airline PSS to an external world to the direct customers) exists through the airlines website where customers can directly access the airline content without any third party interference.

Key Responsibilities:

• As a Devops engineer worked on: Automation & CI/CD: Developed automation scripts and manage CI/CD pipelines for efficient software releases
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Used tools like Terraform or Ansible for infrastructure provisioning and management
• Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Implemented monitoring systems and troubleshoot performance issues along with the team
• Collaboration: Worked closely with development and operations teams to ensure smooth software delivery
• Security & Compliance: Maintain security measures and ensure adherence to aviation industry regulations
• Reporting - Provided daily and weekly status to all the internal & external stakeholders.

• Project Name: e-Voting System
• Description: A voting system to improve the speed, security and integrity of the voting process while also ensuring safety of the voters
• This e-Voting Machine System project will reduce the complexity involved in the present system by maintaining the voting process on the web-based application
• The individual voter can vote for their respective candidate through this system, the machine will then add the votes of that candidate and will keep it on the server
• The result of which the time required to count the votes is less
• As the data is stored on the server and all the process is based on the internet, it will reduce the paperwork
• As to vote a person will need to enter the details like an ID and Password in the system so that the illegal polling can be avoided.
