Presently, part of Data Solutions User Support team which is responsible for Green Package and Analytics data that flows through BlackRock's Aladdin platform and tools.

Roles and Achievements:

1. Successfully implemented client MSIM on DREAM framework along with collaboration within internal teams.

2. Gained in-depth-knowledge of various GP production process especially Residuals, CRA returns,PRAADA,Block Benchmarks etc.

3.Received a Global shout-out from ACE team member related to a client project for returns issues.

4. Problem solving using Aladdin tools and handling client queries related to risk and performance.

5. Workflow efficiency by minimizing customer wait times via ABP and and streamlining customer engagement.

6.Building up strong relations with various stakeholders and servicing high touch EMEA clients.

7.Engaging with stakeholders and handling complex client queries and owning projects related to returns and production as per client requirements such as cleaning up of Block benchmark return issues in BNP client.

8. Currently coaching and mentoring new joiners on issues related to returns,breakdowns etc.

Intern in BlackRock's Portfolio Compliance Group in the EMEA Region. This team is responsible for monitoring and maintaining portfolio compliance and mitigating firm-wide operational risks.
