• PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Proactively prepare and maintain comprehensive pending-trade settlement lists, ensuring accuracy and readiness for timely execution.
• Oversee pre-settlement trade monitoring and trade pre-matching activities, including direct coordination with counterparties to ensure trades are matched and fully ready for settlement before cut-off times.
• Execute trade settlements across multiple international markets (including US, France, Netherlands, and UK) while adhering strictly to market cut-off timelines.
• Manage internal regulatory stock-transfer instructions (internal regulation), including executing stock movements between internal accounts to ensure stock availability and sufficiency for timely settlement.
• Monitor Nostro accounts regularly and escalate discrepancies or anomalies with detailed reporting to the Nostro management team.
• Manage communication and correspondence with various counterparty institutions, ensuring clear, professional, and timely resolution of queries.
• Perform fondscode unblocking processes with precision and adherence to internal protocols.
• Provide corrective instructions for relevant applications and ensure accurate implementation of required system adjustments.

DELIVERABLES RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintaining daily reports and dashboards of the team.

• Tracking the queues, SLA targets and business data in WFM tool.

• Maintaining and updating the assigned cases in Planning Realization Tool (PRT).

• Attendance & Leave Tracker, Transport Roster & Reporting

• Preparing weekly and monthly MIS.

• Performing calibration exercise.

• Maintaining Quality Grid.

• Maintaining the Error trackers and other reports for the team on daily and Monthly basis

• Initiate the Team huddle and preparing MOM for the Team Meetings.
