• Data and Visualization SME for ESG Reporting within Data and Messaging stream of HSBC
• Technical Project Manager overseeing and leading a team of visualization experts, data engineers and business analysts
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts and vendor teams such as Data Factory to plan and track delivery milestones
• Manage team aspirations, goal settings, mid-year and annual performance reviews
• Operational activities include resource allocation, planning, budgeting and invoicing for the larger HSBC portfolio
• Double up as Scrum Master and Business Analyst when needed

Achievements:

• Delivered 7 UI rich Qlik Sense dashboards for ESG groups in Hong Kong, Mexico and UK markets using Vizlib charts and printable reports in Ancoreshare
• Managed security restrictions for approximately 300 users across markets by introducing section access using Vizlib Writeback tables
• Helped other visualization teams with Qlik Sense best practices, wireframes of KPIs and performance optimization of applications
• Delivered UI enhancements in 5 Customer Profitability dashboards, enhanced data model for performance optimization bringing down application reload time by approximately 30 minutes

Roles, Responsibilities and Achievements:

• Worked as the Onsite Lead/Visualization SME for the Service Management Office from March 2022 till August 2024. Delivered multiple UI-rich dashboards and reports using Vizlib extensions, CSS and Nprinting
• Acted as the Onsite Lead in a global program migrating 2000+ legacy SAP BO reports to Qlik Sense from April 2021 till March 2022. This program went on to become a benchmark in Infosys and HSBC partnership
• Worked as the Lead Qlik Developer with Service Management Office delivering user-intuitive dashboards and reports for inter entity service management from December 2018 till April 2021. Laid the foundation of Qlik dashboards in the group

Roles, Responsibilities and Achievements:

• Lead Qlikview reporting catering to the needs of Financial Planning and Analysis (FPA) team
• Understand business requirements and deliver dashboards for Sales, Cost and Gross Profit dashboards.
• Deliver ad-hoc reports required for budget planning and forecasting
• Developed self serviceable dashboards that helped FPA users submit manual adjustments using QlikView macros
• Automated almost 90% of manual reporting, saving close to 10 man hours per month

• Developed mappings in Informatica Power Center for populating Data Warehouse
• Enhanced Cognos reports to fix existing issues reported by users
• Enhancements to QlikView reports used by Survey Management team
• Actively led month-end, quarter-end, year-end support activities
• Successfully migrated SQLs from legacy Cognos reports to a unified data model to be used in QlikView
