As a functional Tester in Trust and Agency Services Department for Document Custody Team I am currently involved in the Workfusion AI Project and is responsible for:

• Working in scrum/agile development environments.

• Using JIRA as a tool for bug tracking, prioritizing and reporting defects.

• Preparing detailed test cases of the JIRA Tickets for performing UAT Testing.

• Validating business and functional requirements, processes design, and software validation.

• Performing Testing in Dev & UAT Environment and monitoring the testing progress.

• Identifying the defects post go-live and raise defects.

• Performing regular Functional & Regression Testing to ensure code changes did not impact existing functionalities of the application.

• Driving Continuous Improvement Programs for the business.

•Part of KT and RKT process for new process transitions which includes, pre-training, client training/calls, de-briefing sessions, reviewing files and giving feedback, refresher sessions, preparing update/clarification tracker, QC tracker.

BAU

Working with Trust and Agency Services Department for Document Custody Team I am responsible for:

• Verifying the Mortgage Documents as per process requirements and update the system application efficiently.

• Responsible for performing Quality checks on documents before sending it onto systems to ensure no first pass errors.

• Working with BA team in co-ordination with Ops to understand new features introduced.

• Taking care of the training which includes the new features release and process refinement.

• Timely preparation of MIS reports.
