2. Driving risk mitigation meetings impacting execution or filing of crucial products

3. Participate in special initiatives like productivity assessment, resource requirement across IPD

4. Preparing scorecards, dashboards, shared trackers for ensuring sustenance of initiatives

1.Identification of new product opportunities in me too generics, specialty products, new business segments for Mylan and presentation to senior management for approval of products.

2. Work closely with R&D, IP, Regulatory & commercial teams on execution of products, preparing regulatory filing plans for all markets in the region.

3. Liaise with multiple functions like IP, RA, R&D, Medical Affairs, Sales to gather inputs on novel product ideas

4. Lead special projects on new portfolio building strategies in injectables dosage form and oncology therapy

5. Portfolio & market rationalization to reduce operational complexities

2. Develop prototype formulation by working on formulation optimization, process optimization

3. Patent landscape preparation, FTO analysis, designing non-infringing strategies for US, EU,ROW countries

3. Searching prior arts,preparing legal stands, drafting provisional patents.
