Working on SAP MRP Module

Validating parameters of containers for shipment

Validation of MRP parameters of materials

Validation of Pallet dimensions for shipment

Co-ordination with vendors for information about material dimensions and MRP parameters

Co-ordination with Plant planners and resolving discrepancy between them and vendors data provided.

Solely responsible for few plant units, for material validation

Ordering materials as per demand analysis.

Using various strategies to order materials.

Identifying HMM savings while ordering material from supplier.

Working with team on the process, challenges and improvement.

Handling critical situations and problem-solving skill.

❖ Working on SAP for master data management

❖ Expertise in Material Management Module. Creating and updating Agreement’s.

❖ Creating Purchasing Info Records, Generation of Source list, Quota allocation, updating Blanket Orders.

❖ Currency change, vendor change, language change requests.

❖ Creating and updating material / vendor master data

❖ Solely responsible for two plant units, arranging weekly plant calls to build in buyer’s confidence

❖ Preparing daily target report.

❖ Allotting daily work to agents

❖ Working with client on the process, challenges and improvement.

❖ Stake holder management.

❖ Handling critical situations and problem-solving skill.
