About Order and Booking Process:

  • Customer /Sales team (Receiving order from US, UK, and APJC Countries) submit the POs via Email or fax. We will get cases in CRM tool. The order is having information of Customer PO number, Customer ID, Billing ID, Shipping address and required Products with the Quantity and Unit price. After all validation, we will start entering the order in CCW tool and once we get confirmation from the customer we will Book the order in Oracle tool.
  • Once order booked, if the customers came back with any issue in their product, we have to give support through call or chat to resolve the issue.

  • Handling critical orders
  • Interact with internal and external customer.
  • Handle all customer complaints.
  • Respond to Customer through Chat and mail.
  • Collecting productivity reports and sharing with reporting Team
  • Working on ENB/ICSD holds report and sharing
