• Drove design & execution of Homescreen Personalisation & Automation, achieving an 85% reduction in manual effort and facilitating expansion into new categories and cities.
• Aligned stakeholders from product, marketing and business team to develop in-house CRM to power future marketing campaigns
• Collaborated with hiring team to build a strong candidate pipeline, and conducted coding/design interviews, and hired 2 senior engineers for the team.

• Key contributor in setting up 3-year architecture plan and vision for seller registration framework (SWIPE) in 12 members team.

• Conceptualized complete re-design of SWIPE to support global data-collection experiences proposing dynamic navigation, reusable Micro-services for logical data entity collection, hierarchical configurations, & globalized state store and presented the new architecture in Seller Samurai meeting of around 80+ engineers.

• Implemented Micro-services for logical data entity collection (address and payment information) which were reused across different teams within Amazon.

• Worked with product manager to establish the draft save functionality requirements and led the team of 7 SDEs to deliver the project which increased the Seller Launch conversion rate by 6% .

• Led 5 SDEs to re-design widget configuration schema to use hierarchical fallback reducing up-to 82% (from 7400 to 1300) of configurations and gave India-wide presentations.
