Responsibilities handled:

• Developing client deliverables for growth strategy and commercial due diligence engagements across manufacturing and mobility sectors in the Americas, EMEIA markets, as part of the strategic consulting practice of EY-Parthenon
• Collaborating with principals/partners at global offices of EY-Parthenon and ensure delivery of focused solutions to client pain points
• Extensive experience working on deliverables involving value chain analysis, business opportunity identification, market growth assessment, and competitive benchmarking and positioning
• Overseeing and coordinating the knowledge harvesting initiative for a strategy team (~300 individuals), facilitating cross-functional collaboration with EY's Knowledge team across different regions to capture and preserve the content generated by the Strategy team throughout EY
• Manage and train staff/analysts by organizing knowledge transfer and work feedback sessions
• Prepare daily work allocations and staff deployment schedules

Advised governments and companies in aviation, logistics and infrastructure sector. Select engagements include:

• Devised market entry strategy for a French company to enter the Indian aviation market
• Developed strategy to improve air cargo at Indian airports for Airports Authority of India
• Assessed feasibility of Noida international airport
• Assessed market attractiveness for PFT at Pathankot, Punjab for an Indian logistic player
• Assessed Export Infrastructure Gap for 6 states as a part of Project Monitoring Agency for Trade Infrastructure For Export Scheme(TIES) for Ministry of Commerce
