• Participated in project kickoff meetings to align on design scope, cost structures, and delivery timelines.
• Assessed project hours across CAD, MDM, and Design teams; reviewed cost sheets to ensure alignment with customer expectations.
• Delivered 8 custom compressor orders (e.g., 4D250, 375, 2K140, 160) by selecting appropriate materials for key components including crankcase, crankshaft, connecting rods, cylinders, pistons, and bearings.
• Conducted engineering calculations for pressure components, wall thickness, and bolt selection in compliance with PED standards.
• Applied expertise in quality classifications (CCS, DNV, LR, DV) and contributed to ITP and NDT review processes.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams (CAD, sizing, quality, R&D) to optimize compressor performance and implement design changes.
• Developed project execution plans, reviewed and modified drawings, supported 3D modeling, and ensured timely release of layouts, long-lead items, and spare/tool wear parts.

• Liquid level calculation, Liquid distribution calculation & flow rate calculation.
• Communicate with business units, understanding customer requirements and suggest alternative feasible concepts.
• Lead multiple projects at the same time, including small cross-functional projects.
• Design product acc. to manufacturing feasibility and installation point of view.
• BOM preparation with hardware selection (DIN, ASME) and raw material optimization.
