Service sales: sale the spare parts to the end customer, channel partner and also sell the automation products for the retrofitting jobs as well as replacement against another brand
SERVICE: Service of all automation products like (Drives, Plc, Hmi and Servo.)
On site repairing of high rating drives( 37kw to 630kw)
Root cause analysis (RCA) for repeated failure of the product at same site.
· RCA reports For customer and company.
CP's and end customer Technical training for the service related issue and guide how to install the (D&A) products on site
Retrofitting job on new machines with commissioning and programming
MV Drive Preventive maintenance
APPLICATION: Develop the new application and some modification in the existing applications as per customer requirements.(Like SPM machines as well as plant automation).As well as product selection as per customer applications.
· Working on all communication protocol like(Modbus, Profibus, profinet & Ethernet.)

Rolling mills Drives commissioning (30kw to 1200kw Drive) and plant automation.
Product and application training for the all new customers and CP's and products hands on training
Technical support to end customer and CP's engineers for applications
Project commissioning: Commission the all Projects(like Drives and plc project)
Rolling mills plant automation, Drives commissioning(30kw to 1200).
Daikin drive commissioning on chiller application on higher rating drives
Carrier drive commissioning on chiller application on higher rating drives.
· Handover the commissioning report to the customer.
