- Responsible for MES implementation in Plate mill (1.2 MTPA) on time by coordinating between cross-functional teams.
- Production Planning - Casting planning and scheduling, Rolling planning and scheduling, and testing have been done with consideration factors like segmentation, rake formation, and FIFO, which ultimately achieve the objectives like customer satisfaction, OTIF, and reduction of cash blockade.
- Key manager for critical customers (Yellow goods, wind sectors, line pipe) - With effective planning, we have achieved 100% OTIF and zero customer rejection for these segments.
- Slab Inventory management - With efficient inventory management, cash blockade is being reduced since cash is the constraint in O2C business.
