  • Problem Statement - Due to the high inward and outward and multiple tractor model it was difficult for a searcher to search the exact tractor parked in the stockyard
  • Solution - Virtually mapped the stockyard but creating inward and outward assigned ID's by strategically allocating space as per the production plans for the tractors
  • The inward ID's helped the stockyard team to park and identify the parking spot for the tractors.
  • TAT reduce to T+4 hours.
