Led the development and implementation of a fully automated solution that translated, classified, and analysed bank statements from 9+ countries in regional languages — empowering accounting teams with clear insights to optimize payments across cost buckets. This initiative has delivered ~$5M in savings to date, driving strategic cost reductions and operational efficiency
Drove detailed cost analysis of manufacturing at SKU, MOD, and component levels, identifying cost drivers (‘adders’) required to make goods ready for shipment. Delivered insights that optimized manufacturing processes, achieving a 12% cost reduction, enhancing operational efficiency, and identifying anomalies.
Redesigned and rebuilt the entire data loading process in Teradata using Alteryx, replacing an inefficient SSIS solution that took 6–7 hours for daily loads of ~20 million rows. Identified bottlenecks, engineered a parallel loading approach, and achieved ~90% reduction in load time — demonstrating strong expertise in managing large-scale data transformations and dramatically improving data availability for timely reporting and business decision-making.
