• Developed governance model for finance process across Representative Offices of BNY Mellon - Led the project independently by guiding the accounting team in recording all the transactions related to the rep offices.   the finances.
• Set up Finance Process for Ford Credit Launch in India along with CFO. Independently worked with North America and China team to set up forecast and business plan process as per Global and Regional standards. Reduced turnaround time of forecast process.
• Raised External Commercial Borrowing (ECB) for INR 500 Million from Axis Bank, Singapore - Supported Finance Director for all the documentation in arranging ECB and obtaining approvals from Reserve Bank of India to apply via Automatic route. Also played an important role by supporting the Director-Finance in arranging nine figure exposures funding under Multiple Banking Arrangement (MBA) and Consortium from various Financial Institutions.
