  • Established FP&A delivery that increased efficiency and reduced cost, selected right team members, managers, transitioned and trained analysts, established delivery standards and best practices.
  • Automated certain allocation methodologies. This enabled elimination of 130+ rules that are prepared manually. This enabled timely update / refresh of allocation methodologies for next year’s allocation during highly time constraint plan cycle between September through November.
