Project - Aristocrat technologies

Spearheading an 14-member team doing analysis, design, development, implementation, and testing of salesforce development project for a leading gaming solutions provider with over 5000 employees over the world spread across US, Australia and APAC involving Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning solutions

• Hands on experience with building dynamic Lightning web components.
• Created Apex classes,triggers for several business requirement. Reviewed of large apex classes and optimized them.
• Worked for increasing overall test coverage to keep it above 90%.
• Configured Field service mobile application for service technicians to generate Service report and update status of Service appointments.
• Implemented several process builders,flows for business automation.

Responsibilities

• Enhanced and worked on Customer Service Portal with various features for customers such as Account management, Case management with field service, knowledge articles, personalized reports and dashboards etc.
