Expertise in setting up FSL data models (Work Order, Service Appointment, Service Resources, Territories, etc.); ability to configure Service Rules and Objectives in support of Field Service business processes; experience in setting up Field Service features according to clients' unique business needs; writing and developing Apex Classes, Triggers, custom Email templates, custom Visualforce components; configuring Custom Objects, fields, Workflow rules, Custom Settings, and Validation Rules; JavaScript; Visualforce; and SOQL. Developed various custom objects, tabs, validation rules, and various functional needs in the application. Worked on record-triggered flows, Apex classes, and developed the self-service portal for end users to register their boarding homes with their designated profiles.
