Document Management deals with the Correspondent Mortgage business i.e. all the documents related to home mortgage. It serves as the feeding process for all the sub processes under Correspondent Mortgage Business. It consist of different product lines like Institutional Lending Correspondent (ILC), Common opportunity result & experience (CORE), Auto/Vehicles Loans and Deposit Product Support Services (DPSS)

• Reviewing various reports including appraisal reports, credit, and environmental documentation reports as compliance with investor requirements
• Obtain and compile copies of loan applicants' credit histories, corporate financial statements, and other financial information
• ILC deals with 500+ documents, which are related to loan processing, as business needs to fund the loans
• Reviewing of various documents of property like Insurance Documents, Tax Documents, Legal Documents, Employment History, Settlement Statements, Deeds, Disclosures, etc
• Checking QAC to get the business updates from LOB
• Achieving and exceeding the production and quality targets set by the management
• Maintaining consistency in Quality of 100% with good efficiency.
