Summary

I am the kid who dismantled every toy and machine I could get my hands on to understand how it worked. Some were reassembled, but anything with a small, DC motor was not. That was the trophy! If you are like me, you know what I'm talking about.

This infinite inquisitiveness and love for tech has placed me in my career - A product manager. I LOVE to learn and solve problems. As a byproduct of this, I am good at googling. Like Will Smith said as Chris Gardner - "I’m the type of person that if you ask me a question and I don’t know the answer, I’m gonna tell you that I don’t know. But I bet you what, I know how to find the answer and I will find the answer.”

When I got my first crack at product management, I knew at that very moment, this was it. This is what I wanted to do all my life!

I am very passionate, deeply observant, and in perpetual search of wonderstruck products, the first one being the Cover Flow UI on iPod.

I enjoy cross-departmental problem-solving and applying design thinking principles to create innovative solutions as products, such as last-mile delivery optimization for cake delivery, a CRM that shows conversations like WhatsApp to ease the work on CX, a tool that helps create 3D models of bathtubs to find a liner that fits perfectly in the inventory, etc. My product portfolio is vast and diversified.

You will find me observing how businesses are developing new solutions to cater to the most basic and/or the most obscure needs of customers, obsessing over their nuances, and analyzing disruptive product solutions in the hope of adding more value to the product I am making.

2. Design Your Own Bathroom (DYOB)
Transformed customer experience with an interactive catalog of bath fittings, allowing users to envision their bathroom remodel in real-time. By providing a tangible visualization, we achieved an impressive 39% increase in lead-to-sale conversions, underscoring the impact of user-centric design.

3. Digital Scan Manager
Engineered a robust tool for managing high-resolution 3D scans, bolstered by a sophisticated scan match engine for actionable insights into customer preferences. This data-driven approach informed inventory production decisions, optimizing resource allocation. Implemented cutting-edge encryption measures, ensuring the security of invaluable 3D scans while curating a comprehensive product catalog.

4. Digital Measuring Tool

Developed an iPad-exclusive application empowering sales consultants with precision measurements through seamless integration with a Bosch laser range finder. 5. Generative AI - SMS chatbot

Pioneered the development of a cutting-edge generative AI-powered SMS chatbot, revolutionizing client-business interactions. This visionary product not only empowered businesses to establish a robust online presence but also placed full control in the hands of administrators, allowing them to seamlessly transition between single and multi-vendor models to suit evolving business needs.


At the heart of this innovative solution was a SaaS platform that seamlessly integrated with businesses of all scales.
