- Co-ordination with the client for the system walkthrough and full support to the team from UAT sign off till on boarding the client.
- Circulate the process enhancement release note document to make the Operations team / Production support team to understand the developments implemented and training the team.
- Migrated the process from Singapore to Pune for pricing and setups
- Key member for process transition project + Worked towards the automation of internal pricing tools and MIS dashboard.
