• User Growth: Scaled current product to serve over 3M+ users @ Cutshort
• Data layer engine: Developed and deployed an in-house data layer engine processing ~2M daily events, integrating Front-end and Back-end data into BigQuery via SQS and Lambda. Empowered business teams and customers with advanced analytics for informed decision-making.
• Relevance algorithm: Developed a pivotal algorithm using Elasticsearch and in-house ML models to optimize candidate-job matching, significantly improving relevancy and role closures. • Developer environments: To address development challenges stemming from team expansion, I introduced a Terraform-based setup for personalized testing environments. This initiative effectively enhanced developer productivity in the evolving team context.
• Scalability: During our transition to microservices, I identified and separated high-scale services like Email and Whatsapp, utilizing a scalable SQS and Lambda setup. Now, these services efficiently handle millions of events daily without impacting other components.
