Currently working as an Technical Support Engineer in the Fintech payment gateway/ Aggreggrator named PAY10, Here my roles and responsibilities include the following:-

• Working as a production support engineer and derive pattern based logs based on strings,date or time and do log analysis as an RCA to find out what went wrong in the application or inside the processing of different functionalities of application and provide timely solution to the cause of error/problem.
• Help teams from all domains of functionalities within the organization such as settlements ,onboarding, Account managers etc to help resolve their operational queries ,which sometime may or may not require digging in logs however need either log digging and analysis or complete functional knowledge of how the application is operating and thereby providing accurate and timely solution by either raising it to the concerned team or finding a solution and providing them of what lies under our domain or generally.
• Issue debugging using Log analysis , SQL (workbench) queries to fetch data and eventually match it to know or resolve the issue , Mongodb (Compass) fetching data,utilising aggregation pipelines if necesaary for the same.
• Getting aware of the product functionality and its regular updated versions information and eventually knowing how to utilize each and every component of it and henceforth document the process of utilization or/and give knowledge transfer to budding or new engineers.
• Documenting product description and building technical documentation for the product mentioning each and every thing related to product such as utilization or modification if necessary or possible of the same.
• As an technical support person im involved in optimizing the process working closely with the testing and Development team and provide them with live logs of the issue or log analysis by analyzing the log data and mentioning where the code went wrong by identifying the error in the production logs.
• Utilize and work in different saas tools such as Elastic(formerly elaticsearch,logstash,kibana elk stack), WAZUH(open source SIEM tool integrated with elastic) and splunk(server monitoring) to monitor and analyze for application,server and logs.
• Working with different sets of tools and technologies such as MQTT protocol with HiveMQ , Jprofiler for developer efficiency deducing code bottlenecks, a bit of front-end(HTML,CSS,JAVASCRIPT) and bank-end (JAVA,CORE JAVA DEV-SUPPORT) to reduce devlopment/deployment discrepancies and find error or problems in any within the process or the code and povide timely solutions and eradicate any further problems relating to any error occured.
• As mentioned earlier served as a techincal writer for all relevant and related work of and on this domain and make it available for everybody .
• Key Skills: Log digging and analysis (using grep,sed and awk commands),SQL/Mongodb issue debugging by fetching data through technical queries,parallelly get involved with devops/development team and learn aws,jenkins,ansible,Java etc and helping in supporting them, Serve parallely and informally as an prodct solutions engineer and knowing of product and its related fintech process in utmost articulation while documenting the same.

In order to shift to IT i took a break from my current career as an industrial automation engineer and learnt IT from various paid and non-paid sources . My paid source was an organization named Bridgelabz where i learnt development (java,core java , advance java) and Software testing (Manual and API testing) as well as Technical Troubleshooting and Technical Support along with Devops . Although the paid source guaranteed me job it tried and also offered me one but was unable to mature the offer . I eventually had to discontinue it due to indefinite time taking process . They could'nt offer me time bound guarantee from their end hence I could not wait till infinity in such situations of non clarity from their end and starting applying for jobs on my own (and eventually got one).. However the knowledge i got from their end was useful in getting current job and also i would recommend their name as a safe and linear path for transitioning into IT role's . It was my wholesole decision of officially leaving their course and i've got nothing against them .
During this period i worked in sales and was a business delivery executive and development manager for one of the leading pune”s real estate channel partner firm to meet my ends/expenses.

• PLC/SCADA/HMI Application engineering work in BAJAJ AUTO CHAKAN and FORCE MOTORS and KEIHIN FEI plant in pune to automate their engine assembly line
• Took care of BRD/SDS (TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION) as well as testing for the projects
• Web application and mobile application testing for the product application created during the project
• Front end testing, regression testing, blackbox testing, API testing for the same applications
• Installed applications and confirmed proper communication between systems and equipment.
• Liaised with sales department to identify technical requirements and developed solutions.
• Improved functionality and feature development both within current application framework and on future generation frameworks.
• Analyzed existing systems for potential improvements, recommending upgrades or replacements as needed.

• Customer service/ tech support and client support roles for 3rd party Vodafone NEW ZEALAND process
• worked on the following :wifi,routers and switches technologies along with crm's such as siebel
• Recorded and maintained relevant notes for each client and work order.
• Offered remote support for cloud-based and web-based clients via phone, email and chat.

• Hands on and software setup of India's first Hybrid Solar Panels
• I along with my colleagues installed solar panels which were hybrid in nature
• We also setup a SaaS that was used to automate control and run the entire Solar Hybrid Panels
• Testing of the panels through software and software testing for the same
• Supported staff members in their daily tasks, reducing workload burden and allowing for increased focus on higher-priority assignments.
• Gained valuable experience working within a specific industry, applying learned concepts directly into relevant work situations.
