Siddhanth Srikanth

Siddhanth has a passion for finance and business, aspiring to generate employment opportunities and skill development for the masses through the roles he takes and the businesses he sets up. He has been in leadership roles at the university and school levels. A well-rounded individual with a keen interest in many fields of study, like science, technology, economics, and human psychology.

• Wrote and Published a research paper in the IVSP Journal-2023, titled- "Hurricane Damage Detection using Computer Vision".
• Wrote and Published a research paper in the SSRN Electronic Journal-2021, titled-“Hazardous Material Informatics System using Spatial Profiler”.
• Currently researching on - “Hurricane path forecasting and damage detection using computer vision and image processing”.
• Set up and managed food stalls at the University’s cultural fest Samarasa 2019.
• Helped in organizing a science fest – TAS held at PES University.
• Started a community welfare fund to provide relief packages during the first wave of the pandemic- Khichdi Kitchen and raised over 5 Lakh Rupees and provided relief to over 200 individuals for over a month.
• Helped in flood relief collection drive for the aggrieved in Tamil Nadu in 2015
• Volunteered and taught spoken and written English to the support staff in my school
• Participated in a team effort to clean and set up plumbing and sanitation facilities in a government school
• Volunteered in many newspaper collection drives to help recycle paper in more efficient ways
