Responsible for complete Warehouse project readiness on-time and in-full (staffing, setup delivery and installation, equipment, training, systems, etc.)
Developing and Managing project plan with timeline
Coordinate with key stakeholders on completion of respective project activities
Defining, communicating, monitoring and escalating project risks.
Coordinating project close-out and lessons learned activities
Getting all project billing / invoicing processed and tracking the outstanding payments with finance.
Ensuring required processes are followed for planning, scheduling, monitoring, controlling and delivering the project from concept stage to handover stage.

• Gained hands-on experience in handling warehouse inbound and inventory operations.
• Analyzed data to estimate manpower and calculate productivity.
• RFQs analysis for clients that involved studying their specific logistics requirements and evaluating cost estimates.
