As part of the Program management team - Track project deliverables, financials, and timelines, Achieve standardization by developing and implementing standardized project management methodologies, processes, and templates, ensure robust reporting by collecting, analyzing, and reporting on project data, including KPIs, risks, and issues.

• Designed and implemented a QA process for 20+ programs in the APAC portfolio
• Conducted program-level quality assurance and identified issues and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborated with program managers to address quality issues and ensure compliance with program standards, while also providing guidance and training on QA processes

• Led a team of ~15 FTEs to enable a vendor direct online business for a US-based retailer, focusing on onboarding products for various categories including Home, Beauty, and Fashion
• Conducted training for 50+ employees on process onboarding and was an SME in project operations for this e-commerce project
• Served as a Business Analyst for enterprise software used to track project volumes, productivity, and quality
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies for process improvements and driving at optimum efficiency
• Managed project plans, schedules, and tracked project deliverables to ensure successful project completion
• Participated in pricing intelligence exercises and project pilots
