• Planning of the routes of the fixed vehicle (delivery within Cochin).

• Management of both Sony and Gati Capex as per the agreed RFQ.
• Arrangement of deliveries according to the customer needs (FTL or courier).
• Monitoring the performance of the third-party courier partners so that no delivery will
miss the tats as per Sony contract.
• As per performance of the vendors finding replacements for poor performing vendors
and monitor their performances.
• Reconciliation of the PODS back from the courier vendors before the deadline.
• Providing performance reports to Sony PIC in time.
• Taking necessary steps, so that no KPI is missed for the warehouse.
• Processing Vendor payments and making sure no payments get delayed due to late
approval (Housekeeping, Security Agency, Couriers, FTL vehicles, Fixed vehicle,
Stationary).
• Month end billing to Sony for the 3pl services provided by Gati.
• Maintaining outstanding details of Sony bill as per the payment advice.

• Coordinating and being part of day-to-day activities.
• Last mile operations according to the required level for everyday dispatch.
• Clearing the station and making sure of FDDS (First day delivery) of the packages at
the station.
• Ensuring EMD (Early morning delivery) performance.
• Reporting station team with FDDS report, where improvement should be made.
• Making sure customer requests are acknowledged and fulfilled.
• Solving customer escalations notified by Amazon team.
• Replying to queries made from Amazon team without miss.
• Coordinating the outbound team in preparing the return packages which should be
departed before critical path time.
• Make daily reports of the day-to-day activities and send to corresponding authorities.

• Keep stock control systems up to date and make sure inventories are accurate.
• Make the stock available for the packing team as per the bill provided by them.
• Produce the stock report after sales of each day.
• Checking stock daily as per the stock report.
• Ensuring proper Warehouse Management policies are adhering for all the Documents
received at Warehouse.
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security in the work
environment, for example, ensuring that stock such as chemicals and food are stored
safely.
• Brief team leaders daily.
