• Keeping track of all financial transactions and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Overseeing the daily operations of a branch, including cash handling, security, and customer service.
• Provide approval for loan disbursement as per norms.
• Preparations Bank Reconciliation statement every fortnight.
• Assign targets to each staff and ensure targets are met.

• Maintaining books of accounts of branch.
• Correcting all audit compliances of branch.
• Tally cash inflow or outflow from branch.
• Checking all data of third party products.
• Handling cash.
• Handling front office work.
• Checking all kyc documents.
• Processing gold loan in system.
• Appraise gold.

• Providing clear and accurate information to guide customers.
• Build customer relationships
