Currently employed as a Project Lead at VISTA Engg Solutions Pvt Ltd, where I play a key role in overseeing and managing project activities. My responsibilities include:

• Leading and coordinating Project team to ensure having enough inventories, Project training, timely and successful project deliveries with expected Quality
• Tracking project progress and identifying potential risks or issues, and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies
• Coordinating Weekly status meeting with the stakeholders
• Providing regular updates and reports on project status to stakeholders and senior management
• Utilizing project management methodologies and tools to drive project success
• Preparing monthly Billing report and getting approval from the Customer
• Handling Technical round of interview for the Candidates.

• Responsible for productivity and quality in customer deliverables and take necessary action plans incase of any critical issues.
• Involved in HC planning and utilization, Coordinating daily/weekly meeting for internal and external group based on Production and Quality.
• Coordinating Weekly status meeting with Customer.
• Preparing Master sheet for deliveries, consolidating and sharing the FAQs and Customer feedback to the team members

• Mentored and trained associates to meet their daily goals.
• Assisted Team Lead by performing management duties in their absence.
• Supported Project manager on providing daily/weekly/monthly reports.

• Annotation of sequences/frames for development of ADAS
• Performed Quality check on the deliverables.
• Developed production techniques and processes to meet customer and organizational needs.
• Worked in tool testing, POC files and benchmark fixing.
