Office 365 Service Operations for Harley-Davidson customers which is used to analyze the customer issues, queries regarding SharePoint, MS Teams, One Drive, One Note and MS Planner.

• Involved in direct interaction with the client for requirement gathering, analyzing and solving user issues.
• Anticipate customer needs and provide inputs for the solutions.
• Analyze and constantly improve systems, processes and nature of service being provided to ensure customer delight. Providing technical solution and support to clients on technical basis.

CRM Service Operations:

CRM Service Operations for Microsoft customers, which is used to manage customer issues and queries.

• Handling Email configurations and user accesses and roles.
• Analyzing end to end functionality of 26+ MS CRM Dynamics applications.
• Planning, scheduling, tracking the different business issues.
