• My role involves conducting due-diligence of Operating Statements of commercial real estate properties.
• During the course of my employment I have gained professional knowledge on rent roll spreading, coding and grouping of financials for various clients models.
• Able to meet targets while delivering output within time with required quality. Became an independent analyst within 4 months of joining. I also quality check other analyst's work and give timely feedback.
• Created detailed reports that documented findings and presented recommendations to senior leadership.
• Reviewed business requirements documents and developed project plans accordingly.
• Identified areas for improvement within existing systems and developed training materials for end users on proper usage of analytical tools and applications.

• My role as an analyst supported their production network in generating narrative write-ups, also termed as preliminary underwriting. This falls under the origination stage of a mortgage loan life cycle.
• Through this process I had to prepare a detail document which provides every insight on why the deal is worthy of investment.
• I conducted extensive research on the property type; location; market & submarket analysis; sponsoring or borrowing entity; management company; rent and sale comparable analysis and arranging a photo book of the property. For which, I had to research various documents such as operating statements and rent rolls, appraisal reports, zoning reports, flood reports, legal documents and other third party reports provided.
• I have conducted preliminary underwriting for individual properties and portfolios in the categories of conventional multifamily, retail, office, warehouse, industrial/R&D, MHC/MHP, hospital, recreational facilities, and students housing.
• During the course of my employment, I became an independent analyst within a period of 9 months which gave me the advantage to directly report work and contact the client for queries if any and also quality check other analyst's work within the process.

• Worked for their DSSL (Discovery School Super League) campaign.
• Took ownership of maintaining smooth online/offline presence in the DSSL activities.
• Participated in brainstorming sessions with marketing team members to develop ideas for campaigns.
• Maintained excellent relationships with the school teachers, principals and coordinators to generate maximum leads.
• Other responsibilities included - ensuring proper explanation of registration to the principal, handling quarries of customers proactively and ensuring proper conduction of DSSL activities with proper planning.
• Auditing and quality monitoring of leads generated to measure effectiveness and was always spontaneous on the ground of activation area.
• Throughout my internship period, I contacted close to 120 schools in Hyderabad - Telangana which are not high-end/premier and generated close to 4,500 student leads to participate.
